Lungwort (Pulmonaria officinalis)
Lungwort literally has the word ‘lung’ or ‘pulmon’ in its name. So it comes as no surprise that this plant could help support your lung’s health. There are many supplements available carrying this amazing herb, that are said to treat problems such as athma, chronic bronchitis, common cold, coughs and more. Essentially it works by clearing the airways and helping to eliminate mucus from the lungs. Lungwort is even a greater addition to Uncle’s Relief Tea of Life Gold because its best used as a tea – while ancient people also used to smoke the herb.
Marshmallow (Althaea Officinalis)
Marshmallow leaf is often used as a tobacco substitute as it is a very smooth tasting herb. But unknowingly, many of its consumers are benefitting their lungs by using Marshmallow as a tea. As both the roots and leafs of the plant contain high levels of polysaccharides; including a substance called mucilage. Raspberry leaf (Rubus Idaeus)

Simply use a Uncle’s Teabag or tea bags from your local supermarket & let 0.5-1gr per cup simmer for 5-10mins. Drink warm (not too hot) or chill in the fridge as a healthy iced tea. It is not advised to smoke this product, though it’s your life, your choice.
